This family owned auto repair business has excellent service and the ability to work on most all makes and models. I drive a 2009 Toyota Highlander, and two years in a row my car has broken down in Hays, Kansas, but they were able to get parts and repair my vehicle, so I could get back in the road within hours. The Norris' and personable, friendly, and have fair pricing. Wish they were a local business to me.

I was traveling from Wichita to Colorado on memorial day and when I reached Hays I noticed oil was leaking from my car and my car was a couple quarts low. I called Broadway Automotive and they were able to quickly get me in and diagnose the issue. They had me out within an hour and I didn't have any further issues on my trip. Broadway Automotive is a wonderful business!! I can't emphasize this enough! We were traveling from Colorado and broke down and they were able to get us taken care of right away. They were quick, friendly and reasonable. A car breaking down is never a good process but the guys at Broadway helped us out right away and put us at ease right away!

I was in hayes ks on my way back to Wichita and had a brake problem with my 740BMW. It was only Thursday. Broadway automotive was recommended by an auto parts store. Jeremy and Todd located the brake calliper in Salina and had it there by 4:30 and I was on the road by 5:15. Greatest guys ever. I would recommend Broadway Automotive to anyone in the Hayes Ks area. Reasonable and really care about anyone that steps through their door

Excellent experience. Was traveling back to Oregon with little kids, a dog, and spouse. Car wouldn't start after getting gas. Called the guys who then found me a tow truck that was there within 10 minutes. They ever offered to watch our dog. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem (seemed like a fuel pump but it was an ignition switch). Within 3 hrs we had the car towed, fixed, and were back in the road!! On top of it the crew there couldn't be nicer, really going the extra mile. Good shop in Hayes, KS.

Today we were driving from Kansas City to Denver when our vehicle started jerking while accelerating. It was very scary, so we pulled into Hays and went to Applebees. We called every repair shop in town and no one was open, because it was Memorial Day. A waitress overheard us talking and realized that we needed help. She mentioned that her father owned Broadway Automotive. She called him and Todd came down to the shop to meet us. He quickly diagnosed our vehicle's issue, retrieved the part from the part store, and fixed our car. He was extremely professional and helpful. We even chatted while waiting for the part and he was very pleasant and friendly. His shop was super clean and organized and we were very impressed! We love that he was an honest and helpful business man, a skilled mechanic, and that he went out of his way to help us on a holiday. We highly recommend Broadway Automotive!!
