I was on a trip across Kansas and had a coolant connection break. Todd got me in and started working on my vehicle quickly. He got me a diagnosis and a price and started getting it fixed. There was a complication cause another connection broke but it's a 20yr old vehicle so it happens. They treated me great and charged a fair price. The work did take longer then I hoped due to the 2nd connection breaking and other things Todd had to do but I was able to get back on the road and make it home no more issues.

I hit a yote on I-70 and I was stuck in Hays Kansas. It was not an ideal situation and these guys came through big time. Got me set up with a tow truck they recommended to pick my car up at my hotel. They also rushed to get it done so I could get back on the road same day. Fair prices too. It was a small yote so there wasn’t much to fix and they had all of the parts on hand/local. I had an issue with my Rogue while traveling to Denver and needed to get it looked at. Jeremy and Todd were great. They did an oil change initially , but they were not able to fully resolve the issue (the vehicle needed to go into the dealer). They provided me with honest feedback, recommended a great towing guy and allowed me to use their office to make a few calls. I gave them a 5 ⭐️ for their great customer service and recommend these guys if you are in the Hays area.

Todd was remarkable! We were traveling to Colorado in high Kansas winds pulling our camper when we started having car trouble. We were unable to tow our camper but able to make it to Hays. Luckily, we found Broadway Automotive. Todd took us right in and diagnosed our issue on Friday afternoon of the Memorial Day weekend! He was so busy and working alone but took the time to explain what was wrong and direct us to resources in the area. Saved us! Can't than him enough! Strongly recommend Broadway Automotive.

I stopped in with an odd request as I needed a Mechanic's skill with a cutting torch. In five minutes they had me on my way and saved me from what would have likely taken all day if I could have done at all. I highly recommend going to them for your automotive repair needs. Any mechanic that is willing to help out like that is going to take good care of their customers!

Had an issue with my skid plate/oil pan shield (not sure what it's called) coming loose and flapping violently underneath the engine area during a drive back to Ohio a few days ago (5/10/23). They got it tightened and resecured and I was back in the road within half an hour. Forgive me as I've forgotten the name of the mechanic working that day but he was real decent fella. Would highly recommend this place!!

Broadway Automotive is a 5 star shop. The staff is amazing to work with and just great people. Our van started to misfire a few miles out of Hay's on our trip from Alberta Canada to Oklahoma city. So we stopped to get it fixed asap, Luckily Broadway automotive had the time to diagnose the problem right away and get it fixed so we could get back on the road. I couldn't thank the staff enough for helping us out and getting the van fixed so fast. He even came to pick me up after the van was fixed so I didn't have to walk from the hotel to get it. I'm so thankful and would recommend Broadway Automotive to anyone.

Five stars for this place. Car blew water pump just 4 hours into a 10 hour trip and this was the first place we called and they said they had time to look at it immediately. The mechanics were so friendly and helpful. The fix took only about 3 hours but we had to leave my car there to make it to our destination in time and they were completely fine keeping it with no fee for only 4 days. There is a fee after 7 however. I was very happy with the service, the availability and the speed they were able to get this done. Would absolutely trust them with my car again.

We want to thank the wonderful people of Broadway Automotive for their service and care they gave us concerning our Honda Civic that blew an axle while we were driving through Hays...a completely unexpected repair when we're were trying to get out to visit our daughter in AR. Besides quickly diagnosing the problem, they personally drove us to the car rental company, kept our car for a few extra days while we were out of state, and even helped out after-hours to be sure we were squared away as we came back through town on our way back to UT. The service and repair were fantastic, the price was honest and fair. We will always have a fondness for Hays, KS and Broadway Automotive for rescuing us during a tough week this past Christmas season. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Traveling from AZ, in 03 Dodge RAM, 1 ton dually. AC working intermittantly. Arrived for appointment, took our truck and about 30 minutes we had cold AC again. Very reasonable priced, friendly folks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!.

We were traveling from Denver back home to Springfield Missouri in 99 degree heat and our AC stopped blowing cold air. It was 45 minutes before closing time and Todd, the owner said to bring it on over. He got it in right away and had us back on the road with cold air in about 30 minute. He was kind enough to explain everything to me so I would know why and what happened. He's very reasonably priced and I would recommend them to locals and travelers! Great experience!!!
